Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Upgrade the version of GitVersion used. We believe that the newer versions of GitVersion may resolve an issue we see where PR branches into support branches don't report the correct version which makes them a little awkward to try and test (Chocolatey CLI 1.4.1 PRs were getting version 2.5.0-alpha which prevented CLE from being run in TeamCity as CLE requires version less than 2.0.)

Additional Context

As an attempt to test this out, I attempted to force Chocolatey CLI To use GitVersion 6.x, but this resulted in the build failing I believe due to this resovled issue in GitVersion: GitTools/GitVersion#2210
