Drop Down Menu Styles needs to be updated.

To Reproduce Bug
Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to 'any page'
2. Click on 'user avatar'
3. Drop Down Menu looks very different from what we have in figma

Expected behavior
We need it to look exactly like in figma: drop dowm menu
