Bing still not working in Vivaldi

Bing still has InvalidRequest in Vivaldi. Probably because Vivaldi is using spoofing to pretend being Edge to access Bing AI.

After testing, it is indeed true that Vivaldi behaves differently from other browsers, but I cannot find a specific reason or setting to fix it. I suggest you use a different browser.

I don't know if this is the case with Vivaldi, but the declarativeNetRequest rules are getting dropped after the browser is restarted.
This bug is tracking this issue in the brave side and there is a work around as described here:
brave/brave-browser#30854 (comment)
