[BUG] 新建知识库，不能完成文档向量化。用示例知识库却可以。 #5014

用xinference运行llm和嵌入模型，chatchat新建知识库，可以上传文档，但向量化没有任何反应，卡死。
奇怪的是，用自带的示例知识库，就可以上传同一文档并完成向量化。

这是bug，还是我少做了什么步骤？
