Confirm with Pager (or Pager with Confirm)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is frustrating that requesting confirmation of large messages (eg. git diff) requires two steps, first pager then confirm.

Describe the solution you'd like
A combination of gum pager and gum confirm practically using the pager for the text of the confirm window.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've concidered just keeping the two step solution described above (first pager then confirm) as well as instructing users to send SIGINT as the negative option
