grimoirelab dashboard no result found error

Although the error does not appear, it still shows "No Result Found" in the grimorirelab Dashboard. Where can I be missing?

The steps I did are briefly as follows;

1. I created Access Token from Gitlab Repo settings. ( https://gitlabtest/xx/repo )
   I choose Api and read api as Owner Scope as Role. s Select A Role Guest and Select Scopes read_api sufficient in Access Token Section in Gitlab?
   2.https://chaoss.github.io/grimoirelab-tutorial/docs/data-sources/configurations/#gitlab I adapted the configuration according to Gitlab in this link.

Is there any other step I need to do? Under these conditions, shouldn't it bring the metrics of the repo I created in my gitlab link? Right now it still gives the message "No Result Found". Dashboard is empty.

Can you guide me to the right steps?
