Sorry if this has been brought up already (couldn't find anything). After upgrading to Stream Deck 6.3.0.18948 (plugin version 2.3.1) it seems like the one custom title I'm using to show a state on one button is applied to all buttons without a title in any sub-folder on the same page.
Main page:
The value here is a custom title displaying {{state}}
Subfolder:
Every button here without a title is showing the same {{state}}, despite having custom title disabled. The up arrow simply has an empty space, i.e. " ", for testing. If I move any of these icons to the main folder they behave normally.

I'm seeing the same issue with v3.5.2 on macOS. After updating to 3.5.2, I noticed that the state labels for buttons appeared, when they were previously disabled. However, unlike @fragande, I'm seeing this issue on regular main profile pages, and not just inside subfolders.
In the following screenshot, in the outlined buttons, notice the tiny state labels appearing underneath the custom Title text:
