Create OpenGeoPortal(OGP) Connector

Add connector which pulls those layers from those organizations within an OpenGeoPortal Solr repo into HHypermap. There may be two ways to do this: 1) harvesting and loading to HHypermap as does a Warper connector. 2) On the fly query which treats OGP Solr repo as a shard.

Whatever approach is developed may also apply to Geoblacklight Solr repos.
