Are per app IP / domain rules included in the backup file?

I could not find them, probably due to oversight be me.

Anyways, it would be really great if they were included, since most of the configuration is probably in my per app allow list for isolated apps.

Even though I did not see the rules in the backup file, the rules were restored fully. I am assuming that per app rules are in fact part of the backup.
