The _catalog_restore function in catalog_worker.py is only partially implemented.
It will restore the location of an Object Storage file, and it makes an attempt to restore the location of the Tape file, but some of the details are erroneous.
See lines 1221 onwards in catalog_worker.py in the delete branch.

This is related to DELETE functionality.
