Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
"2024-06-05 16:38:53 Duckers fastflix-core[16884] ERROR Could not encode video due to permissions error.Please make sure encoder is executable and you have permissions to run it.Otherwise try running FastFlix as an administrator."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

Any attempt with QSV AV1 with the separate QSV drivers i downloaded fails with permission issues

Are you able to run that encoder directly from the command line as the current user without issue? I assume you mean that you are using QSVEnc ?

Should be able to go into the directory where it has been extracted and run QSVEncC64.exe -h and see output.
