Overview

Currently, in the data dictionary entry for out_vcerare__hourly_available_capacity_factor we list the latitude and longitude fields as relating to a "plant" location. This is incorrect - the lat/long refers to the lat/long of the county or lake that is being reported.

Success Criteria

How will we know that we're done?

  • the data dictionary reports the correct definition for latitude and longitude for the VCE RARE data and also for non-VCE data
