Arknights was giving a permission error when I tried launching or installing via gapps. waydroid logcat showed it was trying to access /storage/emulated/*. Running chmod -R 777 /storage/emulated solved the issue. Gapps installed to 100% and claimed there was an issue installing but the game is working.
