Sobaos: delicious dessert from Cantabria in Northern Spain

Ingredients

1 kg flour
1 kg sugar
1 kg butter
1 dozen eggs
patience

Instructions

mix all ingredients together (softening the butter by warming it helps)
pour the mix on some paper moulds
put in the oven at ~200ºC until brown on top and sticking pin on them comes out clean
enjoy!
