"Failed to save the specified URL(s). Check your syntax and try again." on many services

Ive been struggling for a couple of hours now, reading all the docs and still stuck.

Why do I get this error message when trying to save most services? mailto, twitter and various others work fine, but for many I get this error:

And yes I have tried with actual values for phone number, tokens ect.

The error comes when the Apprise API loads all of your URLs to verify they have been structured properly.

If one of them can't be loaded, you get the error you see. Double check your syntax with the wiki here on this repo and let me know how it goes

I have no URLS at all, just trying to save one url.

Steps to reproduce:

• installed apprise-api via unraid
• go to new configuration
• paste in the URL from the wiki
