Description

Navigate to https://web-components.carbondesignsystem.com/?path=/story/components-progress-bar--with-layer&globals=theme:g10 and check the Progress Bar With Layer rendering. It doesn't render properly most of the time, not sure if it's a bug in the web component or a bug in the example.
