AI label accessibility error, and explainer page update

In a dark themed masthead, the AI Label produces a dark-themed overlay, in which links render as blue 60 against gray 100, which does not pass accessibility.

On the explainer page:

It looks like you can produce a light themed overlay from a dark themed masthead:

But this does not seem to be possible.
