Add tracks of GPS/GLONASS satellites seen at the telescope site.

Alt/Az plots could report also the position of satellites in the sky at that time.

For this to be useful we need to know the frequency at which the satellites transmit their communications.

The link doesn't work.
I also tried pyEphem, but I get:
ValueError: TLE elements are valid for a few weeks around their epoch, but you are asking about a date 4234 days from the epoch
