中文安装24.04.1时下载清华大学镜像站请求的是http导致下载失败 #741

选了中文后安装Ubuntu24.04.1，安装会失败，日志显示文件下载失败如下图

请求了这个地址后发现被拒

但是直接访问清华大学镜像站，找到这个文件并下载，可以成功下载

通过对比失败的下载链接和成功的下载链接发现，安装时下载失败的情况使用的是http，而下载成功使用的是https

无论家里还是公司，换了3台电脑，试了很多次，都会因为这个问题导致安装失败
