There's a post on https://canonical.com/blog/charm-store-now-includes-galera-cluster that should have led to the Galera charmed. But it leads to 404.

Could reproduce the issue

trusty/0 is to much.
I could take care of issue, but it doesn't seem to be fixable in the source, someone who has access to DB I guess.
