We generate several artifacts in the cancerDHC/ccdhmodel repository. These should be tested to ensure that they are generated correctly (as in #36), any bugs discovered in them fixed (either here or in LinkML), and any improvements needed by the nodes or other workstreams made. This issue covers those issues.
