Right now, I've used a lazy hack in that I sorted text values alphabetically in both languages in the JSON. The app still uses the ID value to store the data in the Survey.
This causes an issue if the user changes languages since the value still is based off the ID, not the content so the displayed text will change. Further more, if we want to have the exported JSON saves, this needs to be fixed.

Partially fixed on d4a1dde using the builtin functionality.
Issue still remains though as the functionality is not supporting translated lists. Sorting will remain on default values so the French is not sorted alphabetically.
