Useless AIA link in header

In the title right below the link, the title "Algorithmic Impact Assessment" is hyperlinked. The link goes nowhere, and once clicked turns purple and is hard to read (low contrast vs background). Remove the hyperlink, and the text if possible (the AIA title is repeated below the breadcrumb).
