UI: Show only latest process defenition in "Workflows" page #772

Processes defenition lose their value and become obsolete over time.
Old versions of processes are "noise".

I suggest adding a filter "show latest" in Workflows page and start displaying the latest versions of processes.

I suggest enabling this filter by default.
