Proform Pro 9000 Unable to transfer data to tiles #3101

I am unable to get my Proform Pro 9000 to transmit data during a manual activity to my QZ app on my phone. I have tried every single NordicTrac and Proform option in the app (because there is no Proform Pro 9000 option) and put the correct IP address in both the Proform and NordicTrac locations. I followed all the steps to get the companion app on my treadmill (and selected Proform Pro 9000 on the companion app).

Attached is the log file from the QZ app on my phone and the dump file from the companion app, if needed.

I installed the qz companion app using the preferred method #1. I've also tried FTMS Treadmill (not even sure what this is) and toggling ABD Remote on (also not sure what that is).

show me the manual workout screen of your treadmill on the ifit tablet, i need to check the version there

I'd like to eventually upgrade the software to the latest version. It's definitely better than this version. Hopefully that's still possible

remove the ip completely from the "Proform IP:" and press ok and put instead on the Nordictrack 2950 IP: and press ok and restart qz and share another debug log

It worked! I was able to successfully change speeds and incline through the QZ app. I also was able to connect in Zwift and the speed I set the treadmill to went through to Zwift, however, the incline in Zwift did not update on my treadmill. Is there something else I need to do to enable that?

I did just set my credentials now in QZ app and double checked that my email and password are correct, but it still didn't change the inclination on my treadmill when running a route in zwift. I tried pretty much every option for the inclination toggle and none of them worked. Since I am running Zwift on my laptop and QZ app on my android phone, I think I would need the Zwift Treadmill Auto Inclination "Only for Android and ios" option? Is that correct?

yes that's correct. show me a debug log and I will check your setup

everything is ok on the qz main app side, i mean i can see qz reading the inclination accordingly, but indeed, for example sending 5% to the treadmill, the treadmill doesn't react. are you sure are you able to change inclination from qz manually from the inclination tile?

Ifit is blocking more and more the system so for sure it will be even worst

Anyway at least you have now way to send metrics on zwift!
