Application and payment process:

1. Participants apply via online form
2. select participants
3. inform participants, status:
   1. „rejected“
   2. „accepted“ - Eventbrite ticketing link (debit or credit card) OR Ethereum address to pay in crypto
   3. „waiting list“ - (in case too many applications and participants status „accepted“ don’t confirm)
4. participants check out via Eventbrite > Status „confirmed“
5. if applicable, waiting list participants > status „accepted“
6. all participants status „confirmed“ receive further information, invoice and Zoom link
7. email reminders prior to every session
8. additional material and recording of session distributed via email and available via (Github? YouTube?)
