prophex output for read 'NODE_1_length_155128_cov_53.520783' has been truncated

Here I got an error that one of my contig was truncated while running RASE. I have realized that RASE takes seqeunce input as nanopore reads, however, I wanted to know if it can take longer length of contig such as Illumina assembly for example. Thus, I wanted to ask if its possible to change the maximum input length parameter so that it can take assembly as an input and if its possible where can I change it. Thank you
