1.Need exeMicro function
2.团队之间分别些配置文件，然后执行一个php文件将 配置合并
1）配置文件最好是 php文件，用 return 数组的形式
APC那种缓存用了 肯定还是 php 配置文件快，不用读硬盘了
2）还有不同的模块分别写配置文件，然后用 combine_config.php合并所有当前目录
的配置文件到一个数组里面去
3.我的想法：支持phalcon-devtools 的命令，可能要修改一下phalcon-devtools的模版代码
