Pir.mode:1 (gpiozero) screen turns off when sensor detects only Motion #164

When the Pir is in mode:1, the screen can turn off even if the sensor sends "motion" signals. I see this is a logic in the library, but in my case it's a limitation. Could we add a config for this?

Personally, my sensor returns to its rest state after a second, so I don't have this issue. (I set it directly from the potentiometer)

If you want to purpose something, as usual, you are welcome :)
