Combaining images and audio to make a Video: Encoding Error. #89

Debugging \examples\combine-images-to-video.php on line 40
Whenever I try to convert images and audio to make a video led's to an error:
[message:protected] => Encoding failed and an error was returned from ffmpeg. Error code was returned the message (if any) was: dir\phpvideotoolkit-v2-master\examples/media/images/*.jpg: Function not implemented
Can anyone help?
