How do I install this if Tidy2.dll is missing?

Sorry for asking stupid question, total newbie here. How do I install this, instructions says to copy Tidy2.dll, but it's missing?

You are expected to know that it requires building; compiling from source:

There's another "issue" here, which points to a compiled .dll

Good luck. Personally? I didn't bother with it. My HTML is fine. LOL!
But, I had something setup in an old N++ portable that wanted Tidy in N++. Alas. I don't have time! Hopefully I saved you some (4 years later...)
