This would remove the need to wake-up the phone when it is not in use, and keep it in the pocket at all time.

Thanks @josuah ! Specifically interested in whether the phone needs to be unlocked/awake to have multimodal conversations, or whether it can be locked/in-your-pocket. If the latter, would be really interested in any reference code!

Noa will work if the phone is locked and in your pocket. The only way to stop it from working is if the app is manually killed by the user. Some fixes are being merged soon which improve this. The main branch version of the app has some bugs that cause iOS to kill the background process. This shouldn't happen in the next release
