Restricted area to skip open/close

It would be great feature if you implement a restricted zone area in polygon. When we entered to open area from restricted area garage door should not open.

Hey, I had some spare time today so I took a quick stab at this if you want to test it out. You can pull the branch image with the following image:tag - brchri/tesla-geogdo:feat-restricted-poly-zone. Then you can add a restricted section to the config file directly (example) or to your KML file (example).

If you decide to check it out, let me know how it goes.
