Currently, all models get an "over specified" warning. Even if there are only observed variables w/o missing data. Please fix :-)

With the increasing numbers of complaints that overspecification is not working, we need to act on this. Should we remove the feature until it is fixed or is there an (easy) fix? It seems that it is more or less broken even in cases that used to be okay in earlier versions of Onyx.
