Edited Skype messages not always correctly broadcasted to IRC

Mostly seems to work correctly:

18:26 <s-}> <nick> But if you are a network printers can be distributed in accordance with the group?

But sometimes not:

16:18 <s-}> <nick> Otherwise, it will not be a pilot, and this is MS
16:18 <s-}> <nick ✎41s> Otherwise, it will not be a pilot, and this is MS

I suppose there are some subtleties to the Skype protocol, but as the feature was implemented on the fly, I haven't had time to dig into it. If someone has an idea how to fix it, please share.
