Can't change vehicle maintenance price or capacity anymore, the input randomly sets whatever numbers it feels like

Here's a gif showing what happens when you try and edit a vehicle's capacity or maintenance cost. Every time you click Apply, it just randomly sets whatever numbers it wants to.

For me Button is not even clickable if I do change anything on it.

I can change if i press enter afterwards -- the buttons i can not press either
