True kp module via wingman/dpsreport

Hello,

I was wondering if it was technically possible to create a kp module that is not based on chests or other weekly cap stuff but on successfull logs that are uploaded on either wingman or dpsreport?

That would be awesome, because sometimes I have to done like 3/4 kills of KO CM for example in the week but at the end of the day I still got only 1 chest.
