Replace long titles with "Various Buildings" language

An alert title that's too long throws an error in the current alert tool. Parser should detect when the title is too long and replace it with standard "Various buildings" language.

TODO:

1. Find out the max limit for title (256 chars?)
2. Detect title strings longer than max limit
3. Write a function that detects whether buildings are all campuses, north campus, or south campus
