Frigate Proxy: How to make generic? #158

The Frigate Proxy is incredibly helpful, and I'm wondering how to make it possible to generalize to serving multiple endpoints.

AFAICT, there's very little Frigate-specific about the config.

Is it possible to use the same add-on for multiple endpoints?
If not, is it possible to add more than one add-on of the same flavor?
If not, what's the best way to clone add-ons?

For the last item, is the best way to clone this repo each time I want a different backend?
