Probably because of #1274:

  1. Install davx5-ose 4.4.6
  2. Sync some calendars.
  3. Upgrade to 4.4.7-beta.1 (contains Use ID to match DB collections with content provider collections #1274)
  4. At the next sync, all local calendars are deleted and immediately re-synced again. This may however cause loss of unsaved changes.

Probably we need a migration to update the URLs to IDs.
