The wiki/website only states who has copyright, but not what rights are granted. Content used to be under the GNU Free Documentation License, see for example https://web.archive.org/web/20151102182958/http://www.bioperl.org/wiki/Main_Page.

This should thus be reinstated. See a [similar issue for the Biopython website/wiki: biopython/biopython.github.io#117

          Adds GFDL content license

This corrects an oversight from the migration from MediaWiki in 2017.
GFDL 1.2 had been the license previously used on the wiki, so this is
continuing that here: https://web.archive.org/web/20151102182958/http://www.bioperl.org/wiki/Main_Page
