Say when you should walk your bike

We should say when to walk your bike, such as on a highway=footway without bicycle=yes (often a separately mapped sidewalk in SF).

I just noticed there's code in the router calling a method called addPushingSection in those cases and possibly taking it into account in the speed calculation. Can we expose the pushing sections to the frontend and display that?
