Would be great to have some function, that will provide some context for the event regarding call during that event happened. There is for sure a function for substrate native calls, but we need to extend it with behavior of our ethereum calls.

So in case there will be native substrate call, we would like to return informaction about it, but for ethereum calls, we need to decode it, find native call that is associated with it, convert it and return as native substrate call information
