Possible to extract lora from full finetune?

Hello,

Wondering if we can extract a lora from a full finetune of flux as was done previously in other tools (kohya etc for sd and sdxl). Want to test to see if quality will be higher doing this method, as it is reported by users online that extracting a lora produces higher quality than training lora directly.
