Pretty self-explanatory. This is not so essential until it is cloud hosted though. Secrets in a local environment are fine until then.

Use existing environment and configuration for openai.
Use existing environment and configuration for database connections.
Use proper secret management for local installations.
Use proper secret management for cloud deployments.
