Include IPC Netlist in Release Files

An IPC netlist can be used to recreate some of the schematic information from the resulting Gerber and NC Drill files.

It would be nice to include this file in the release output.

That's exactly it. That can be used to validate connectivity, or to produce neat files like this:

(Note: I'm using DVT1b gerbers, which is why things are sometimes out of place or askew)

'k. I've added this to the default generation set but I have to remember to check it into github. I'll leave this issue open in an attemp to remind myself to do that when time comes for the next release.
