Encoder les effets de l'annulation pour l'élève c'est à dire:

  • annulation des paiements en cours si non envoyés -> via le validator en rajoutant une méthode check_da_cancellation ou similaire
  • génération d'indus si paiements déjà faits

La génération d'indus sera faite en utilisant le PfmpManager.
