Tables headers

Github is doing weird things to the formatting here. Just go look at the headers example and you should see what I mean.

|a|table|row|
|a|table|row|

This is the example from http://textile.thresholdstate.com The top row should be rendered as headers but it just looks like any other row.

I've recategorized this as a feature request, rather than a bug, because it's not misbehaving, it just hasn't been implemented yet.
