Interesting project. I've tried a few times to get your sslscrobler up and running over the years, but I've always abandoned it for one reason or another. This time, I'll try to seek some help before getting discouraged.

Using the current 0.29 MACOS interface, I can successfully scrobble if I play tracks using Serato DJ Pro 3.2.4 from my local machine (e.g., mp3 files on my local computer), but if I try to play tracks from a cloud service (specifically Tidal FLAC tracks) scrobbling gets hosed. If a Tidal track is the only track loaded it will send "Scrobbling now" to my Last.fm profile, but this scrobble will soon disappear as soon as another track is loaded. Through various permutations of testing, I've yet to get a single Tidal track to permanently scrobble—it will either do nothing or, at best temporarily show "Scrobbling now" as described in the previous scenario.

Has anyone tested with any cloud services and been successful? Is there a workaround (in general or specific to Tidal?)

I play a lot of tracks from cloud services and this problem makes sslscobbler unusable for me. Still, interesting project for those features it supports.

Thanks for any insight or fix.
