Fix Suggestions for No Match Found

Right now, when a user enters a value into the search input for which there is no match, the suggestions dropdown just closes -- Which is not informative to the user. If the search input is not empty and there are no matches for the search input's value, show a message in the suggestion area like "No matches found." Bonus points for making it dynamic, like "No matches found for [search.value]"
